Our client, a well-established manufacturer known for operational excellence and continuous improvement, is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead their facility operations. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant performance including production, maintenance, quality, safety, shipping, and scheduling. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience within a high-speed manufacturing environment and a proven track record of driving operational efficiency, cost reduction, and Lean initiatives.
