  • Lead the manufacturing ramp‑up, including transferring and duplicating production lines from existing factories overseas, ensuring a smooth transition and setup of manufacturing capabilities.
  • Develop the workforce for the manufacturing operation, including recruitment, onboarding, and comprehensive training programs to ensure employees are proficient in their roles and processes.
  • Supervise and direct daily operations of the plant, ensuring efficiency, quality, delivery, and cost‑effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance and automate manufacturing processes while ensuring product quality, compliance, and scalability.
  • Manage plant budgets, forecasts, and overall P&L; performance, including cost control, budget planning, and resource allocation, while analyzing financial and operational reports to drive profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
