Plant Head

We are looking for an experienced leader to spearhead the establishment and operations of a state-of-the-art greenfield solar cell manufacturing facility. This strategic leadership role will be responsible for driving the project from land acquisition, statutory approvals, plant design, infrastructure planning, and equipment selection through to commissioning and commercial operations. The incumbent will lead end-to-end manufacturing with a strong focus on quality, yield, cost optimization, automation, and operational excellence while collaborating closely with government authorities, EPC partners, technology providers, and cross-functional teams. The role also involves strategic planning, budgeting, vendor management, regulatory compliance, sustainability initiatives, and building a world-class safety culture to support the organization's growth in the renewable energy sector.
