What You’ll Get To Do

• Provide leadership in development and implementation of plant safety initiatives
• Oversee the optimization of production equipment, including kiln, grinding mills, and related processes and inputs including raw materials and fuels
• Assist in preparation of budgets and forecasts in cooperation with the Maintenance Manager
• Coordinate refractory related activities, including selection, ordering, removal, installation, and maintenance of refractory history

Who We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required, Mechanical engineering discipline strongly preferred
• Cement and/or heavy industrial setting experience required
• Previous leadership experience is an asset
• Proven communication and relationship management skills
• Problem solving skills and multi-discipline thinking
