WM is seeking a dedicated Plant Associate for the night shift, from 11 PM to 7:30 AM, Sunday to Thursday. This role involves unloading waste from vehicles, staging waste for scanning, and maintaining decontamination standards. The position requires effective communication skills to understand health and safety directives, with a focus on productivity and safe working conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Unload and separate waste from incoming vehicles
• Stage and scan waste in the Biotrack system
• Load waste for processing via autoclave or incineration
• Operate and maintain the tub wash unit
• Ensure immediate cleaning of spills and debris
Requirements:
• 1 year of experience, preferably in a plant setting
• Effective communication and safety compliance skills
