Purpose of Position
The job incumbent is responsible for Quality Assurance & Quality Control of the construction works at different stages.The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy. Major Responsibilities
Evaluate contractor’s payment applications and prepare interim payment certificates.Track and control project cost against the budget.Manage and assess variations and change orders.Develop and maintain the project master schedule using software like Primavera P6 or MS Project.Monitor the progress of works against the schedule and identify potential delays or bottlenecks.Conduct look-ahead planning (weekly/monthly) and reporting.Coordinate with contractors and consultants to align the schedule with actual site progress.Analyze and report on schedule ...
