Planning & Purchasing Supervisor

Eaton's IS VEH EMB division is seeking a Planning & Purchasing Supervisor.What you'll do:Lead and execute the plant SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process.Balance customer demand with manufacturing and supplier capabilities.Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) aligned with business requirements.Ensure execution of purchasing strategies aligned with cost, quality, and service objectives.Monitor supplier capacity and delivery performance to ensure compliance with the production plan.Track purchasing KPIs and develop preventive action plans to mitigate supply risks.Execute the MRP process to maintain optimal inventory levels and material availability.Define inventory strategies such as safety stock, buffers, and strategic inventories.Coordinate with Production, Customer Service, Logistics, and Finance to ensure sales plan execution.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business or a specialized degree in planning, logistics, or purchasing.
