Job Description
- Lead the development and maintenance of integrated project, maintenance, shutdown, turnaround, commissioning, or operational schedules.
- Establish the planning structure, work breakdown structure, scheduling procedures, coding systems, progress-measurement methods, and reporting calendar.
- Integrate engineering, procurement, construction, maintenance, operations, commissioning, logistics, and contractor schedules into a single master schedule.
- Coordinate with discipline managers and contractors to define activity sequences, durations, resources, interfaces, constraints, and critical milestones.
- Monitor actual progress against approved baselines and analyse schedule variance, critical-path movement, productivity, and forecast completion dates.
