Planning & Logistics Manager (Barcelona)

Summary

Define the materials and production plans of the Production Unit, making sure they adapt to the available resources and getting as close as possible to the customer needs in terms of deadlines and quantities. Coordinate and monitor the logistics operations such as warehousing, inventory, transportation, and supply chain processes, meeting the requirements of safety, environment and quality, ensuring a timely supply to external and internal customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the Production and Deliveries Plans.
• Establish policies and processes in order to improve the flow of material in the plant resulting in reduced lead‑time and increased security of delivery.
• Implement processes and systems to improve production planning.
• Ensure timely and cost‑effective procurement of raw materials.
