Planner/Scheduler

SUMMARY

Reporting to the Planning Director, the Planner/Scheduler will support the pursuit and operations teams in estimating and planning various contracts. This role is an exciting opportunity to join and learn from an established planning team. The ideal candidate will have field experience in the transportation industry and strong communication skills. While experience in scheduling is considered an asset, this position also offers an opportunity for individuals currently working on site (e.g., coordinators, engineers, laborers) to transition into Planning and Scheduling.

PRIMARY SCOPE OF ROLE

• Review contract documents, drawings, specifications and all relevant project documentation.
• Plan and establish milestones for projects.
• Review project work activities to ensure support of project milestones.
