Planner Scheduler

Job Summary
As Planner Scheduler in Guadalajara, you will support the production planning team by preparing, coordinating, and approving product releases based on material and capacity availability.
Responsibilities
Check order fulfillment possibility based on available resources and confirm orders.
Create and update production plans in the integrated computer system.
Notify purchasing group and monitor plan implementation.
Initiate actions when deviations occur.
Prepare long‐term plans and forecasts (MPS, Forecast).
Maintain system data accuracy (General Item data, routing, BOM, CFT data, non‐consumed demand, planned work orders).
Generate clean‐to‐build reports, check material availability, replan if necessary, and communicate with the order desk.
Track stock levels and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare management and CFT‐specific reports and monitor KPIs.
Assist SCM and Order Desk as needed.
