Planner & Scheduler – Responsibilities

• You will be involved in the planning of projects as a member of the Pursuit team, reading and understanding the RFP bid documents (schedule‑related contractual requirements, drawings and specifications).
• You will be responsible for creating the schedule for the Pursuit in Primavera P6, ensuring that durations and relationships have been vetted by Superintendents, sub‑trades, and/or our internal Production Rates database (as required) and that the format, quality and content of the schedule meet or exceed EllisDon’s Best Practices.
• Participate in developing and maintaining a database of construction productivity rates, procurement durations, lead times and project risk items.
• Identify unplanned events (new changes/ unforeseen conditions) and incorporate their impacts into the schedule.
