GEMTEC is a growing firm with offices throughout Atlantic Canada and Ontario. We are looking for a motivated and skilled Planner to join our team. The position is permanent, full‑time and can be based in any of our New Brunswick offices: Fredericton, Moncton, Saint John, Bathurst, or Grand Falls.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development or amendment of urban and rural municipal plans, zoning regulations, and other land‑use tools, such as development agreements and site plans.
• Prepare planning‑related reports, such as planning rationales, urban design briefs, and/or market impact assessments.
• Contribute to the development of design concepts for public and private spaces, including subdivisions and municipal transportation corridors.
