Pl Product Development Engineer - Technical Leader

About the role

The Technical Leader will oversee and coordinate technical projects across the Architecture/Platform and multiple Module areas, ensuring alignment with timing, scope, and cost constraints while providing technical guidance and mentoring within and outside R&D. The role also consolidates budget data, applies tools and processes, and supports advanced development initiatives.

What you’ll do

• Serve as the primary technical authority in projects, providing expertise in mechanical engineering, materials, manufacturing, and simulation; lead technical discussions and decision‑making; ensure technical consistency.
• Translate product specifications into robust solutions, clarify design doubts, and confirm feasibility and performance.
