Opportunity Description
Role Overview
Responsible for managing the full piping scope (fabrication and installation), ensuring safe, on-time, and compliant execution in large-scale industrial projects such as ammonia, methanol, and petrochemical plants. This is a highly operational, site-driven role.
Scope Management
- Manage all piping activities: spool definition, fabrication (on/off-site), and installation.
- Define critical lines, system sequences, and work fronts.
Planning & Control
- Weekly planning and 4‑week lookahead.
- Ensure material and resource availability.
- Monitor productivity (fabrication and erection).
- Track progress, costs, and schedule.
Team & Subcontractor Management
- Coordinate piping supervisors.
- Manage subcontractors in terms of performance, quality, safety, and contractual compliance.
- Lead coordination meetings.
