Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with impairment, pain, functional limitations or disabilities across outpatient, inpatient, and community settings.
• Educate and communicate with other health disciplines, the general public, family members and caregivers.
• Supervise and evaluate physiotherapy students and assistants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or equivalent in Physiotherapy, or Master of Science in Physiotherapy.
• Membership with the Nova Scotia Physiotherapy Regulator.
• Computer skills (statistics input, word processing, Outlook).
• Annual Cardio-pulmonary Resuscitation certification (BCLS).
