Potential

Goal: Earn a minimum $100,000 (Full-time at 35 available hours, 80% booked, 80% retention). As a growing clinic with a strong digital presence and ties to the community, aim to receive one new client on average per shift. Compensation is paid per client hour, with bonuses, incentives, and allowances.

• Compensation starts at $75 per client hour. Base hourly and base plus commission models are also available when starting up a caseload.
• Earn up to $1500 per quarter in bonuses based on billings.
• Increases in compensation are guaranteed yearly .
