Physician – Outreach

Permanent, Part Time FTE 0.6 (22.5 hours a week) or FTE 0.8 (30 hours a week)

Salary: $170.24 per hour

Hours:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm
• Wednesday 9:00am – 5:00pm or 12:00pm- 8:00pm
• Friday 8:00am- 4:00pm
