The Work and Organisation Studies (WOS) research unit of the Faculty of Economics and Business Studies at KU Leuven is an interdisciplinary group of about 50 researchers (professors, postdoctoral researchers and doctoral students) spread across three campuses: Antwerp, Brussels and Leuven. WOS employs researchers with diverse backgrounds, who combine different theoretical and methodological perspectives for - amongst other topics - the study of work-related well-being of workers (see: ). This position is related to our campus in Leuven. KU Leuven is an innovative research and educational institution with international appeal.
