The Jan Ronse Institute for Company and Financial Law is engaged in teaching and research in the field of corporate and financial law. This vacancy is for a position in the company law branch of the Jan Ronse Institute. The institute is part of the KU Leuven Law Faculty, Department of Economic Law.


Project

  • You will write a doctoral dissertation in the field of corporate law and/or associations law. You may propose a topic in line with your interests, but you will of course be guided in the choice and definition of the topic and the further PhD trajectory.

  • You will offer limited assistance in the teaching (in Dutch!) and other activities of the institute, among others in tutorials, seminars and master theses.

  • You are offered chances to cooperate on joint publications, conferences, etc., both at the Belgian and international level, and you are supported in your own projects.
