Position Overview
A compounding pharmacy in Calgary, Alberta seeks an ambitious, dependable, and detail-oriented Registered Pharmacy Technician. Both full‑time and part‑time applicants will be considered. The successful candidate will assist with prescription processing, technical verification, compliance packaging, inventory management, medication recalls, pharmacy organization, and general dispensary operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prescription Processing and Technical Services
- Receive and process new prescriptions and refills submitted through auto‑fill, electronic prescribing, email, fax, voicemail, and in person.
- Review prescriptions for completeness, clarity, authenticity, and applicable legal requirements.
