Pharmacy Relief Scheduling Coordinator - Term (Dartmouth)

Overview

As a Relief Scheduling Coordinator, you will support Sobeys’ pharmacy operations by ensuring pharmacies are staffed efficiently and effectively. Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy Operations for Ontario and Atlantic, you will collaborate with Pharmacy District Managers and Pharmacy Managers to create and manage pharmacist relief schedules for vacations, staff shortages, and new store openings.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Director of Operations and Pharmacy District Managers to plan and manage pharmacist relief schedules.
• Create and communicate staffing schedules for vacation coverage, relief rotations, staffing shortages, and new store openings.
• Respond to and coordinate emergency relief requests promptly.
• Provide support for pharmacy-related events and programs.
• Assist in forecasting future staffing and hiring needs across the region.
