Core Function
- Provide pharmaceutical care services to clinic and non-clinic clients.
- Direct, guide, and evaluate pharmacy technicians, assistants, and/or students as required.
- Collaborate with physicians to provide prescriptions and medication counselling, drug education as part of an interdisciplinary team with a strong emphasis on health promotion and disease management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
- Registration with Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals (SCPP).
- Registration with Pharmacy Association of Saskatchewan (PAS).
- Must be bondable.
- Insurance malpractice insurance.
- Must have knowledge of and capability with the philosophy and policies of CHSA.
- Good oral and communication skills.
