As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medications by providing pharmaceutical care to our patients. Reporting to the General Manager/Pharmacist In-Charge of Custom Health Toronto to Pharmacy, this position is responsible for fulfilling prescriptions in adherence packaging, using state-of-the‑art technology, and shipping them to pharmacies (patients across Ontario) and long‑term care facilities.
