Pharmacist

Description
Pharmacist will be working in the Home Pharmacy that supports both the adults and pediatric hospital. Provides home infusion pharmacy services, enteral therapy and other specialized injectable therapies for pediatric patients and adults with childhood diseases such as cystic fibrosis and hemophilia. Each day there will be a to do list with the main goal being to fulfill on patients needs before they get discharged from the hospital so they can receive proper treatment while at home. Working closely with chemo, hydration antibiotics, and medication to help treat patients.
Clean up data base, go through provider registry, templates that we built. Providing coverage for existing staff doing rounds in morning with nurses, have an idea on dishcares. patient follow ups, assigned a specific shift for the day, setting up refills, making phone calls to patients, working with intake, delivery and IV room.
