Based out of the Kaye Edmonton Clinic, your role highlights medication counseling, problem-solving, and thorough documentation. You will assess medication orders and manage therapy plans for optimal health. Your proactive approach will support patients/families while ensuring high-quality care across various settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and distribute medications efficiently
• Manage initial and ongoing therapy for patients
• Resolve medication-related issues through assessments
• Oversee drug compounding and packaging operations
• Mentor and guide students and resident pharmacists
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required
• Current registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacy
