Role Purpose

Execute plant PEx & Lean strategy to meet and exceed plant & business objectives. Partner with various groups to define, develop, and deploy initiatives that drive operations excellence, including statistical analysis, engineering principles, and Lean culture.

Key Responsibilities Reports to Plant Manager, collaborates with Regional PEx Champion and OCS Integral PEx Champion, to define and execute a consistent strategy for PEx (including Lean) development for GB and BB.
