Opportunity Description
+ This position serves as a clerical expert independently processing the most complicated types of personnel actions, e.g., temporary employment, rehires, and dismissals.
+ May perform tasks beyond routine clerical such as responding to routine questions on policy and procedures, and/or provide reports on employee turnover or time and attendance.
+ Assistant may be asked to evaluate and consolidate information from various sources under short deadlines, such as internal or external survey information.
+ May provide guidance to lower level Personnel Assistants.
+ General duties: Assist with data entry & review of standard forms in HR systems; ensure actions are properly documented, coded, and routed
+ Reporting & Data Management: Generate, review, and reconcile HR reports related to staffing, payroll, and performance management; assist with data calls and quarterly audits.
