Opportunity Description
Become a Personal Support Worker (PSW) with ParaMed Home Health Care in Marathon and Manitouwadge, Ontario. Provide compassionate support to help patients achieve independence in their daily lives.
As a PSW, you will work part time as a vital member of the home and community care team. Your role includes assisting patients with their daily living activities, meal preparation, and housekeeping tasks to enhance their quality of life. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with activities of daily living, including personal care
• Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs
• Perform basic housekeeping tasks for patient comfort
• Provide companionship to improve patients’ quality of life
• Travel to patient residences as needed within the area
Requirements:
• Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate
• Compassionate and caring demeanor with patients
