Program Overview – Assisted Living Services and Home and Cluster Care

The incumbent reports to the Supervisor for providing support services to clients authorized by the Supervisor. Clients may either be living in their own home in the community or in an Assisted Living Service’s independent unit or Cluster Site. Job responsibilities are both generic to the PSW role and specific to the program area/site in which the PSW is scheduled to work. Work may be scheduled on an hourly or block of hours/shift basis.
