Overview
We are currently looking for someone to join our dynamic Leadership Team in the role of Personal Support Manager. The primary role of the Personal Support Manager is to provide effective coordination and supervision of the delivery of Community Health Services.
This is a Full-Time position working throughout and traveling throughout the Erie St. Clair region; this includes travel in Sarnia- Lambton, Windsor - Essex, and Chatham- Kent counties. Must be able to travel throughout the week and work in the Sarnia, ON office.
Hours of work will be Monday-Friday as well as participation in the Branch Manager On-Call, which includes evenings and weekends on a rotational basis.
