Opportunity Description
- Advise members and clients on optimal financial strategies and work with them to identify expected outcomes.
- Manage business relationships; assess member/client satisfaction and service quality, follow up, and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up to date on the financial services industry, market trends and best practices.
- Participate in outreach activities and represent the caisse (credit union) in the community.
Requirements
- College diploma in a related field
- At least two years of relevant experience
- Mutual Fund Representative certificate — Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
- Proficiency in French is required
- Available to work one evening per week
