Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects.
• Identify customer needs and provide advice on financial solutions that are in the best interests of customers.
• Engage with existing and prospective customers through needs‑based assessments to grow loyalty and uncover immediate and future opportunities.
• Recommend tailored solutions covering everyday banking, retail investments, lending, home financing (including business‑for‑self applications), and small‑business solutions.
• Offer guidance on digital and self‑serve options to make banking easy, simple, and fast.
• Support customer transactions and generate appointments to grow BMO’s business and build new relationships within the community.
