Permits, Licenses, & Approvals Manager - Downtown Toronto We are in the hunt for a Permit Manager who will report directly to the Project Director and will have an in‑depth knowledge of the permits, licenses, agreements and approvals required for LRT construction projects.

Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the design and construction application approval process, issuance of permits, plans submittals, plan processing, and fee assessment and payment processing
Ensure timely processing of plans, permits, licenses, agreements and applications; manage and coordinate routing and tracking of plans to various departments and outside agencies for required reviews and clearances
Provide the necessary documentation to enable on‑schedule construction
