Hours: 0.7 FTE (3 days a week direct patient care, 1 evening session 5‑8 pm, 3.5 hrs/week administrative duties, 1 hr/week team/quality meetings)

Description

REACH Medical Clinic is hiring 2 family physicians at 0.7 FTE. A provider will see an average of 15‑20 patients a day, including medically and psychosocially complex care such as addictions. Addictions care patients make up ~5‑10 % of the patient panel but account for a higher proportion of visits. The clinic provides full‑spectrum family medicine from cradle to grave. There may be house calls for homebound patients and early prenatal care up to 20 weeks, but no obstetrics or 3rd‑trimester care. Inpatient hospital work is not required.
