Job Description
- Serve as the main point of contact for parents and the school regarding bus transportation matters.
- Attend to enquiries via walk‑ins, phone calls, emails, and text messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with the operations team on bus schedules, route changes, delays, and transportation arrangements.
- Provide updates to parents and school staff on transportation‑related matters, including service disruptions.
- Handle and resolve customer feedback and complaints, escalating issues where necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, communications, and service requests.
- Assist with general administrative duties and support the daily operations of the customer service team.
- Minimum O/A Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in any field.
