Key Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic initiatives and improvements/innovations with respect to performance testing and engineering
• Define Non Functional Requirements, regularly conduct Volumetric Analysis independently with minimal support from Business and Technical Stakeholders
• Drive and handle both release based and program based performance engineering tasks
• Drill down into performance issues with multi-tier investigation and conduct root cause analysis and provide recommendations with minimal support
• Proficient in Performance Scripting Tools such as Jmeter, Loadrunner, Neoload etc.
• Use APM tools (e.g. Splunk, Grafana, Datadog) to monitor real-time performance and identify system trends.
• Develop performance baselines and KPIs to measure ongoing system health. ...
