Responsibilities
- Be a primary support contact for PPG CDN customers, MSO locations, and Strategic PPG customers.
- Focus on existing main accounts with an emphasis on retention, growth, and performance improvement.
- Partner with PPG sales, leadership teams, and distribution to align service efforts with strategic goals.
- Complete all required Workday corporate training, maintaining full compliance with PPG requirements.
- Ensure all assigned corporate learning, certifications, and compliance modules remain current.
- Conduct structured KPI and performance reviews with important customers.
- Develop and track action plans tied to customer goals and agreed performance metrics.
- Observe shop workflows and identify constraints improving productivity or profitability.
