Performance & KPI CoordinatorPosition Mission: GBS Finance is deploying KPI and challenges the performance of Noram & Latam entities.
The Performance & KPI Officer is responsible for tracking and collecting the performance (savings, automation, efficiency, etc.), guaranteeing the reliability of the KPIs and the accuracy of the data, supporting the managers in understanding and monitoring their KPI & Performance, ensuring the global consolidation of the KPI & Performance for SL Finance.Your ImpactCollect financial data (MTP) from the controlling team in order to assess financial KPI and prepare the future charging modelEnsure to collect the budget/MTP breakdown by costs / budget linesEnsure to collect FTE (Forecast and actuals, monthly report)Split budget, estimates and FTE by tower (AP, GA, AR, Treasury)Identify operating costs and overheadsGuarantee / accountable of business rules for the General Performance & KPI TeamLead KPI process for Noram & Latam (Assessment, running and ...
