Opportunity Description
As Perception Lead, you will be responsible for the development and integration of the sensor system onboard Njord’s Autonomous Surface Vehicle (ASV). Your work will directly impact the vessel’s ability to perceive and navigate its environment safely and effectively. You will gain hands‑on experience in processing real-world sensor data and developing machine learning algorithms for obstacle detection and tracking. You will work closely with the Control Autonomy group to ensure seamless integration between perception and control systems. In this role, you will define the technical direction of the perception team and coordinate progress and priorities with the board.
