Position Summary: True Care Solutions is actively seeking experienced Per Diem Infusion Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality infusion therapy in patients’ homes across the f ive Boroughs, Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, and Upstate New York .
This role is ideal for nurses who are flexible, independent, and experienced in infusion therapy. Nurses must be willing and able to travel throughout the service area based on patient needs.
You will work directly with specialty pharmacies and Certified Home Health Agencies (CHHAs) to deliver critical clinical care to patients transitioning from hospital to home.
Compensation: $55-70/hour
Reporting to: Clinical Nurse Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
+ Administering IV medications, including chemotherapy, IVIG, and monoclonal antibodies.
+ Perform start of care and follow-up visits.
