People & Workforce Analytics Analyst

Overview

You'll turn workforce data into clear insight that helps shape organizational design, workforce planning, M&A integration, and broader people analytics work. In this role, you'll partner with Organizational Design, HR, Finance, and business leaders to keep data reliable, build reporting that people can use, and explain what the numbers mean in plain language. You'll be part of work that helps colleagues make informed decisions and improve organizational effectiveness. How you'll make an impact You'll analyze workforce data to spot trends, risks, and opportunities across headcount, attrition, spans of control, workforce mix, organizational effectiveness, and talent movement. You'll build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations in HRIS, OrgVue, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools, and you'll create recurring and ad hoc reports for HR leadership and business stakeholders.
