About the Role
Reporting to a fantastic, highly supportive People & Culture Manager, the role supports across a generalist remit with a strong focus on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and HR administration - this is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping the employee experience within a business of approximately 150 employees.
Acting as a trusted advisor to managers, you will provide accurate and timely advice on award interpretation, HR policy and day-to-day people matters.
