The Opportunity

As a People Business Partner, you will play a key role in delivering consistent people practices, managing employee relations matters, and ensuring effective execution of core People programs. In this role, you will apply strong HR expertise, sound judgment, and a service‑oriented approach to support day‑to‑day people needs, promote employee engagement, and ensure alignment with organizational policies and values. You will work collaboratively with managers, Discipline Group Leaders, People Partners, and Centres of Expertise (COEs) to deliver reliable, compliant, and employee‑focused People solutions to discipline-based client groups across Canada, US, and Colombia.
