As a People Business Advisor you will be responsible for performing People related duties on a professional level and works closely with People Manager in supporting designated functions. Responsible for aligning objectives with people strategy. Establish deep client relationships and formulate strong partnerships across the HR function to deliver valuable service by driving strategies that attract engaged people. Enable the successful execution of critical initiatives to support the needs of the business and/or corporate initiative.
