SKILLS REQUIRED
- 10+ years of experience in IT
- Experience in defining end-to-end Pega application architecture and design scalable| reusable solutions
- Pega guardrails| performance standards| and best practices
- Design and implement enterprise integrations (REST| Kafka| APIs| DB| external systems)
- Experience in leading end-to-end SDLC delivery (Agile/Scrum) for Pega applications
- Enforce LSA governance standards and guardrail compliance
- Able to lead onshore/offshore Pega teams| providing technical direction
- Oversee release management| deployment strategies| and environment setup
