- MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics (MD/DPB or equivalent)
- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or relevant state medical council
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in pediatric care, preferably in a hospital or outpatient setting
- Strong knowledge of pediatric immunization schedules, growth charts, and developmental screening tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with children and parents
