Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations for pediatric clients
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans
• Document patient records using the electronic medical record system
• Manage assigned caseload and comply with program standards
• Provide supervision for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants as needed
