Pedagogical Administrator

Position Summary

The Pedagogical Administrator provides strategic and operational leadership for all pedagogical functions of the school. This role supports and develops faculty, strengthens curriculum alignment with AWSNA principles, fosters healthy internal community relationships, and represents the school within the wider educational community.

The Toronto Waldorf school is a non-hierarchical organization, and the successful candidate will work collaboratively with Faculty Chairs, administration, and the Board, to ensure high-quality teaching, a strong professional culture, and an engaged and informed parent body.

This role reports directly to the Board of Directors and will be filling an existing role. As part of that process, the successful candidate will have an onboarding and education period designed to support the candidate with a successful transition.
