Overview

MyOutDesk is hiring an IT Helpdesk Specialist on behalf of a U.S.-based client operating in a fully Microsoft environment. You'll be the first line of support for endpoint issues, device management, and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting — hands-on, technical, and ready to resolve from day one.

What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Windows 10/11 endpoint issues for U.S.-based end users
  • Provide hands-on support for Microsoft 365 — Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
  • Manage and support devices through Microsoft Intune and Entra ID
  • Document issues, resolutions, and procedures to maintain a clean knowledge base
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately while owning first-line resolution

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recent, hands-on IT helpdesk or technical support experience in a corporate environment
